L'Highway 28 ou Hwy 28 est une importante autoroute du centre-nord de l'Alberta. Elle court majoritairement sur un axe est-ouest entre les villes d'Edmonton et Cold Lake, via Smoky Lake.

Highway 28A[]
L'Highway 28A ou Hwy 28A ne comporte actuellement qu'une seule section, sur un axe nord-sud, parallèle à l'Highway 28, de l'Highway 15 (Manning Drive) à Edmonton, sur la 17th Street NE (Range Road 232/233), jusqu'à l'Highway 28 à Gibbons.
Une autre portion de 46 km existait entre Ashmont et Hoselaw, évitant St. Paul. Cette section fut renommée Highway 28 en 2006, alors que la portion dans St. Paul fut renommée Highway 29.
